Jaime specializes in relationship issues, depression, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and adolescent social and academic challenges. With couples, Jaime uses the Gottman Method, an evidenced-based approach that increases effective communication and emotional connection. With teens, Jaime uses CBT and solution-based approaches to address issues like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and academic success. She can help parents and families navigate 504 plans and IEPs as well. In her work with adults, Jaime brings a CBT and family systems lens to her work. Lastly, Jaime also offers psychological testing, which means she is trained to administer and interpret the kinds of assessments used to establish IEPs, 504 plans, gifted and talented capabilities, IQ scores, and more. She holds a Masters in Psychology from New York University and a Masters in School Psychology from Hofstra University. Jaime offers telehealth and in-person sessions on Monday 5pm-9pm, Tuesday 10am-8pm, Wednesday 10am-8pm, Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 10am-5pm, and Saturday 10am- 5pm.
